One phone system for the people you employ and the AI Employees you create.
Most businesses run their phones in one place and their AI in another, and the seam shows on every transferred call. LUIXER Calling removes the seam: your team and your AI Employees share one extension plan, one set of departments, and one idea of who the customer is.
An AI Employee answering a real call, in the browser, is live today.
That part is not a plan — it has been proven end to end on live infrastructure: a caller speaks, the AI Employee understands and answers, the call is recorded to private storage, and the recording can be played back afterwards through LUIXER. The rest of the phone system below — your team's own extensions, departments, transfers between people — is rolling out with early customers, and we will tell you exactly where it stands for your setup rather than guessing.
Four ways to connect. One of them is “change nothing”.
The biggest objection to an AI phone system is usually not the AI — it is the thought of a telecoms migration on top of it. You do not need one.
Get a new LUIXER number
We supply the number.
You choose a number from what is actually available in your market, rather than from a list somebody wrote down once. The search runs against live availability at the moment you ask.
- Fits when
- You are opening a new line, a new location, or want a clean number for a campaign.
- Worth knowing
- Which number types exist, and what documentation is required, differs by country and is confirmed for the specific number.
Bring your existing number
Move the number you already advertise.
Your customers keep dialling the number they know. We check portability for that exact number, tell you what is required, and route the request to a real answer rather than a maybe.
- Fits when
- The number is on your signage, your vehicles, your listings — and changing it would cost you more than it saves.
- Worth knowing
- Portability is decided PER NUMBER, never per country. A number in a supported market can still be non-portable.
Keep your current phone provider
Change nothing about your phone service.
Your telephone service stays exactly where it is, under your existing contract, and LUIXER connects to it. Nothing moves, nothing is cancelled, and no number changes hands.
- Fits when
- You are mid-contract, happy with your provider, or simply do not want a telecoms project on top of an AI project.
- Worth knowing
- Your provider must support a connection of this kind; we confirm that with you before anything is set up.
Connect with LUIXER Edge
Connect the phone system or business number you already use.
For organisations with equipment on site or a private network, LUIXER Edge connects what is already there — so calls can reach AI Employees without your internal network being exposed to the internet.
- Fits when
- You run your own phone equipment, have network isolation requirements, or cannot move call handling off site.
- Worth knowing
- Edge is set up with us rather than switched on from a settings page, and it is not included in any published plan.
“Do you work in my country?”
We would rather check than publish a list that goes out of date without anyone noticing. Availability differs by country and by number type, and whether a specific number can move to us is decided for that number — not for its country. A number in a well-served market can still be non-portable, and a market with no LUIXER numbers at all may still be reachable by keeping your current provider or connecting with LUIXER Edge.
Tell us the country and the number you care about, and we will check it against live availability and come back with a real answer.
Check availability for my numberA phone system that knows an AI Employee is a colleague.
Everyone has a place in the same phone system
An extension plan that belongs to your organisation. People and AI Employees sit in the same numbering, so reaching an AI Employee is the same action as reaching a colleague.

Your own extension plan
Every person and every AI Employee has an internal number that belongs to your organisation and cannot collide with another company's.
An extension for each person
Staff are reachable internally, on as many devices as they actually use.
An extension for each AI Employee
Dial your AI Employee the way you would dial a colleague.
One extension, several devices
Ring wherever you are and answer once.
Calling inside your company
Calls that never leave your organisation are a different thing from calls that go out to the world, and LUIXER treats them differently — in routing and in what they cost.
Rolling out — ask us where this stands for your setup
Staff to staff
Reach a colleague on their extension.
Staff to your AI Employee
Ask your own AI Employee something without it counting as an outside call.
Transfer between people and departments
Pass a call on without the customer starting again.
AI and people hand off
A person takes over with the conversation attached, so the caller does not repeat themselves.
Work from where you already work
The same extension, on the surface each person actually uses.

Call from your browser
No handset and no install — the phone is part of the workspace.
Use your desk phone
Keep the handsets people already have, provisioned with their own credentials.
Your business number, your way
Four ways in, and none of them requires you to abandon what you already have. Which one fits is a per-number question, not a per-country one.

Get a new LUIXER number
Start with a number we supply, chosen from what is genuinely available in your market.
Bring your existing number
Keep the number your customers already know. Portability is checked for that specific number.
Keep your current phone provider
Your phone service stays exactly where it is and LUIXER connects to it.
Connect with LUIXER Edge
Connect the phone system or business line you already run, including a private office network.
Your main number
One number that reaches the right place — an AI Employee, a team or a person, with fallback and after-hours targets.
A direct number for a person
Give someone their own line.
Where a call goes
Routing that reflects how the business actually runs, including when nobody is there.
Rolling out — ask us where this stands for your setup
Departments
Calls reach the right team, not the switchboard — and a department can mix people and AI Employees.
Ring a group
More than one person gets the chance to answer.
Business hours
Out of hours behaves differently, on purpose.
When nobody answers
A call has somewhere to go on busy, no answer or offline.
What is kept, and who decides
Recording is a policy decision before it is a feature. Yours is configured per organisation, separately for internal and external calls.
Rolling out — ask us where this stands for your setup — Recording has been proven end to end on a live call, and a known defect on the same path is still open — so it is not yet something we will promise you as switched on.
Call recording
Keep a record where your policy says to, with internal and external calls set separately.
Transcripts
Read what was said instead of listening again.
How long recordings are kept
Retention resolves from your plan rather than from a default, and a policy that cannot be resolved never deletes anything.
Control what may be called
Decide who can call out, from which identity, and to where. Everything is denied until you allow it.
Talking to your own team should not cost you calling minutes.
A call between two extensions in your organisation — a colleague, or one of your own AI Employees — never leaves LUIXER. It is not carried by a phone network, so it does not consume external calling minutes, and it is not billed as an outside call.
Calls inside your company
No network minutes
A call between two extensions in your organisation — a colleague, or one of your own AI Employees — stays inside LUIXER. It uses no external calling minutes, and it is not billed as an outside call.
Network minutes
Prepaid balance
Calls that travel out to the public telephone network, or arrive from it, ride a carrier. Those legs are network minutes. They are a prepaid balance you top up — separate from your subscription, and not bundled into any plan.
AI voice participation
Separate from network minutes
When an AI Employee actually takes part in a call — listening, understanding, speaking — that is AI processing, and it is measured separately from the carrier leg. A human-to-human call uses no AI voice at all.
Free internal calling is about the network leg. It is not a promise of free AI — when an AI Employee takes part in a conversation, that participation is measured on its own.
Handing over to a person
The moment that decides whether customers trust an AI phone system is the handover. Done badly, the caller repeats their whole story to a human who has no idea what just happened — which is worse than never having used AI at all.
So LUIXER is built to move the conversation with the call: the person who picks up sees who is calling, what they asked for, what the AI Employee established and what it could not decide. The customer continues a conversation instead of starting one.
Rolling out with early customers. We would rather show you a handover on your own setup than describe one here.
