LUIXER AI TECHNOLOGIES (FZE) ("LUIXER," "we," "us," or "our") operates the LUIXER AI Operating System, including the website at https://luixer.ai and the associated application infrastructure at app.luixer.com, api.luixer.com, and related subdomains (together, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our website, prospective and current customers ("Customers," "Organizations," or "tenants"), and end users who interact with a Customer's AI Employees (collectively, "you").

If you are an individual communicating with an AI Employee deployed by one of our Customers (for example, calling, messaging, or emailing a business that uses LUIXER), that Customer — not LUIXER — is generally the data controller for your information, and LUIXER acts as their data processor/service provider. Please refer to that Customer's own privacy policy for how they use your data; contact us at [email protected] and we will direct you appropriately.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide directly

  • Account and contact information (name, email, phone number, company name) when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.
  • Configuration information Customers provide to set up their AI Employees (business details, workflows, knowledge base content).

b. Information processed on behalf of Customers

When a Customer deploys an AI Employee, LUIXER processes communications directed to that AI Employee, which may include:

  • Voice call audio and transcripts
  • WhatsApp, email, and web chat messages
  • Caller/contact metadata (phone numbers, timestamps, call duration)
  • Content of inquiries, appointment requests, and follow-up communications

This data is processed strictly on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the relevant Customer, who determines the purposes and retention of that data within their tenant.

c. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data, log data, device and browser information, and cookies/similar technologies when you use our website or application (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Configure and run AI Employees according to each Customer's instructions
  • Communicate with prospective and current Customers
  • Improve platform reliability, security, and performance
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • With appropriate safeguards, use aggregated or de-identified data to improve the underlying AI models and platform features

We do not sell personal information.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

LUIXER is built on strict tenant isolation. Each Customer organization's data — including AI Employee configurations, conversation history, and knowledge base content — is logically separated from every other Customer's data. LUIXER personnel do not access tenant data except as necessary to provide support, ensure security, or as required by law, and access is logged.

4. AI Processing

Our Services use artificial intelligence, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and large language models, to power AI Employees. Some AI processing may be performed using self-hosted models on our own infrastructure; where third-party AI or infrastructure providers are used, they are bound by data processing agreements consistent with this policy. AI-generated outputs (summaries, lead scores, recommendations) are provided as decision support and are reviewed and controlled by the Customer's own configuration and human oversight settings.

5. Data Sharing and Subprocessors

We share information only with:

  • Subprocessors who help us operate the Services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, telephony, messaging, and AI inference providers), under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations
  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to equivalent privacy protections

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual end users of Customer AI Employees.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers control retention settings for their own tenant data within the limits of our platform configuration options and applicable law.

8. International Data Transfers

LUIXER is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and may process and store data in the UAE and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where applicable to our customers or their end users, frameworks such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regional data protection laws.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. If you are an end user of a Customer's AI Employee, please direct such requests to that Customer in the first instance; we will support them in fulfilling valid requests. 10. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including tenant isolation, role-based access controls, audit logging, and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
