What does an AI Employee do for a logistics or trading company?
It takes first contact. It asks for origin, destination, cargo, weight and dates, saves the request on the customer's record, and passes it to the person who prices it. It answers common questions from what you taught it and follows up on open quotes within your rules. It does not set prices or promise delivery dates.

What it looks like day to day
A customer asks for a freight quote
It collects origin, destination, cargo and dates, then passes a complete request to your team.
A customer asks where their shipment is
It takes the reference and passes it to your team, or answers from status information you uploaded.
A quote has had no reply for three days
It follows up within the rules you set, and tells your team what the customer said.
What it writes down for your team

What it does not do
- It does not price jobs or promise delivery dates. A person does.
- It cannot look up tracking in other systems yet. Connections to other software: coming soon.
- It does not answer customs or legal questions. It passes them to your team.

Can it see my tracking system?
Not yet. Connections to other software are coming soon. Until then, it takes the reference and passes it to your team.
Does it reply on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp replies are planned, on the same customer history as calls and email. They also need WhatsApp to approve your business and its number, so check with us where WhatsApp stands before you plan around it. (WhatsApp: Coming soon)
