How does LUIXER keep AI Employees under control?
LUIXER is built so that people decide what each AI Employee may do. You set three kinds of rules: what it may do alone, what it must ask a person about first, and what it must never do. It is designed so a person can take over any conversation, and so every action leaves a record your team can check.

Three kinds of rules
Every action an AI Employee can take falls into one of three groups. You choose which.
Allowed
The AI Employee may do it on its own, like answering a question from your price list or saving a caller's details.
Ask first
The AI Employee prepares it and waits for a person to approve the exact action, like a discount, a refund or a campaign.
Not allowed
The AI Employee never does it and passes the conversation to a person, like legal or medical advice.
What should need a person's OK?
A sensible starting point. Every business sets its own rules.
| Action | Starting rule | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Answer a question from your business knowledge | Allowed | The answer comes from what you taught it. |
| Save a new customer's details | Allowed | Every conversation lands on the customer's record. |
| Book a time your calendar allows | Allowed | Only inside the times you make available. |
| Offer a discount or special terms | Ask first | A person approves the exact offer before it is sent. |
| Send a message campaign to a list | Ask first | A person approves the list, the words and the timing. |
| Promise a refund or a credit | Ask first | Money decisions stay with your team. |
| Give legal, medical or financial advice | Not allowed | It explains a person must advise and passes the case on. |
| Talk about anything outside your business | Not allowed | It brings the conversation back or hands over. |
How LUIXER is built to keep people in charge
Approve the exact action
You see the message, the recipient and the deadline before you approve. Approving a summary is not enough. (Approvals: Launching soon)
Take over at any moment
A person can step into any call or chat and carry on, with the full history in front of them. (Take over any conversation: Launching soon)
A record of every action
Each AI Employee's actions are recorded, with what it did and why, so you can check its work. (A record of every action: Launching soon)
One customer timeline
Every call, message, booking and note about a customer sits in one place, in order. (One customer timeline: Launching soon)
Roles for your people
Each person signs in with their own account. Roles decide what they can see and change. (Your people, in the same place: Launching soon)
Teams and departments
Group AI Employees and people into departments, so work reaches the right team. (Departments: Launching soon)
For how LUIXER keeps each business's data separate, who can sign in, and what we do not claim, read our Security page. Governance questions
Does an AI Employee tell customers it is an AI?
Yes. LUIXER AI Employees are built to say they are AI when they talk with your customers.
Who decides what an AI Employee may do?
Your business does. LUIXER is built so you set what each AI Employee may do alone, what needs a person's OK first, and what it must never do. (Approvals: Launching soon)
Can we test an AI Employee before customers talk to it?
Yes. LUIXER is built so your own team can test an AI Employee privately before it speaks to customers, and change its knowledge and rules as you go. (AI Employees: Launching soon; Business knowledge: Launching soon)
Where is our data processed?
Your workspace data is stored in the UAE. Live calls are processed in the UAE where possible; AI text requests and some connected services (for example email and payments) can be processed elsewhere. Ask us for the full list.
Is LUIXER certified for security?
LUIXER is not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. Our Security page lists what LUIXER is built to do and what we do not claim.
