Is LUIXER safe to use?
LUIXER is built to keep each business's data separate, give every person their own login and role, and let you decide which AI actions need a person's OK. We are honest about limits: LUIXER is not certified under SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

How LUIXER is built
Your data is kept separate
Each business has its own space. LUIXER is built so one business cannot read or change another business's data.
Everyone has their own login
Each person on your team signs in with their own account. Roles decide what they can see and do. (Your people, in the same place: Launching soon)
People approve important actions

A record of what happened

Encrypted connections
Data between your browser and LUIXER travels over encrypted connections.
Your data is yours
Customer data belongs to your business. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
What we do not claim
Some companies show badges they have not earned. We will not.
- LUIXER is not SOC 2 certified.
- LUIXER is not ISO 27001 certified.
- We do not claim HIPAA or PCI compliance for LUIXER itself.
- We do not offer installation on your own servers.
- We have no government deployment. Our Sharjah Government Services — Pilot Simulation is a demonstration only.
Security questions
Where is my data processed?
Your workspace data is stored in the UAE. Live calls are processed in the UAE where possible; AI text requests and some connected services (for example email and payments) can be processed elsewhere. Ask us for the full list.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use data.
Can I get a data processing agreement?
We are preparing a standard one. Ask our team and we will talk through what your business needs.
How do I report a security problem?
